Chrome Surface Pvt Ltd boasts a specialized infrastructure dedicated to the fabrication of Single/Double Jacket Rolls with Mirror Finish/Matt Finish, catering to diverse applications such as heating, cooling, coating, lamination, calendering, and more. Our Roll Manufacturing process incorporates several key features:

• Uniform Temperature Gradient Across the Roll: Our special internal construction ensures a very low temperature gradient across the entire barrel length of the roll for heating/cooling rolls. This results in uniform quality and thickness of sheets/films passing between the rolls.
• Hard Chrome Plating: With over 25 years of experience and technology, we deliver high-quality Hard Chrome Plating with a hardness of 800-1050 HV and excellent corrosion resistance.
• Roll Surface Hardening: Utilizing specialized techniques, we achieve a roll with a shell hardness of 58-62 HRC and a shell depth of 5-10 mm.
• Grinding: Rolls are precision-ground on German machines to produce geometric tolerances in the range of 3-5 microns.
• Matt Finish: We can produce different surface roughness values (Ra values ranging from 1-4 microns) in dull/bright finishes using various parameters in sandblasting.
• Mirror Finish: Using specialized German machines, we achieve a high gloss (luster) mirror finish with an Ra value of 0.005 microns.
• Embossing: Different embossed finishes, including knurled/diamond, can be produced on the roll surface.
• Dynamic Balancing: Special manufacturing techniques ensure that the fabricated rolls are dynamically balanced to close tolerances, resulting in vibration-free running.
